Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Location: Atlanta, GA, Hybrid, One Day Remote
MW Talent is partnering with a respected personal injury law firm to hire a Litigation Attorney with strong courtroom experience. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team and handle cases through trial.
About the Role
This position is suited for an attorney who manages cases from start to finish and is confident in the courtroom. You will handle an active caseload and work closely with support staff to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation.
Handle discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial.
Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court.
Draft and review pleadings, discovery, and legal documents.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the internal team.
Work closely with paralegals to meet deadlines and case goals.
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school.
Active Georgia Bar license.
3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Trial experience required.
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation process.
Strong communication and organization skills.
