    Litigation Associate Attorney


    Career Consulting Partners has partnered and Established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Los Angeles seeks dedicated associate attorneys to join our growing practice. We offer a supportive, collegial work environment with substantial growth potential and comprehensive training for the right candidates.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary: $115,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience

    • Comprehensive benefits package including:

    • Health, dental, and vision insurance

    • Life insurance

    • 401(k) retirement plan

    • Paid time off

    • Schedule: Monday - Friday, in-person

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing

    • Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures

    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal)

    • Proven ability to manage demanding caseloads effectively

    • Strong research and legal analysis capabilities

    • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate merits of personal injury cases and develop case strategies

    • Provide counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process

    • Conduct a thorough medical record review and case analysis

    • Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel

    • Supervise and direct support staff

    • Maintain professional, courteous relationships with clients and colleagues

    • Adhere to firm policies and procedures
