We are seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our collaborative team in Boston. The role offers exposure to complex tort & general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, and product liability litigation.
Responsibilities include managing all stages of litigation, representing clients in defense cases, working with attorneys and partners, handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating case updates to clients.
Qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, admission to practice in Massachusetts (or Rhode Island/New Hampshire), 3+ years of litigation experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. Experience with complex tort and casualty matters is preferred.
