What you will be doing:

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court and argue motions
• Work directly with clients and play a visible role in case strategy
• Collaborate with a supportive, experienced litigation team

Experience you will need:

• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Active California Bar license (required)
• Experience across all phases of litigation (trial experience is a strong plus)
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases and deadlines with increasing independence
• A client-first mindset and commitment to excellent service
