We are seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel to join our in‑house Litigation Department and support a broad portfolio of toys, entertainment, and other consumer products.

This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated disputes around the world, including novel and first‑impression issues in intellectual property and entertainment law. You'll serve as counsel of record, partner closely with internal business leaders, and drive litigation strategy from early assessment through trial or resolution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage complex litigation and disputes globally
  • Develop litigation strategy and early case‑resolution approaches
  • Conduct investigations, legal research, discovery, and draft key court filings
  • Appear in state and federal courts; handle arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
  • Advise business teams and leadership on risk, claims, defenses, and dispute avoidance
  • Negotiate and document dispute resolutions
  • Oversee litigation holds, e‑discovery, and third‑party subpoena responses
  • Manage and collaborate with outside counsel

What We're Looking For

  • 6-10 years of litigation experience with significant deposition and trial experience
  • Experience handling complex commercial and intellectual property disputes
  • Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently
  • Highly organized, driven, and comfortable managing multiple active matters

Why This Role You'll report to the SVP, Global Head of Litigation, collaborate with experienced in‑house litigators across practice areas, and take ownership of impactful litigation in a fast‑paced, business‑focused environment with real decision‑making authority.
