A premier law firm in Coeur d’Alene is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a driven advocate looking for hands-on mentoring, direct client interaction, and a transparent path to partnership within a highly collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution or trial.

• Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.

• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations.

• Work alongside senior partners while building and nurturing your own client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of civil or commercial litigation experience.

• Strong academic credentials and a proven professional record.

• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.

• Active license to practice law (or eligibility for immediate admission) in Idaho.
