We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be responsible for commercial disputes and representing businesses in state and federal courts across a wide range of industries. The ideal hire will have experience drafting pleadings and motions, handling written discovery and depositions, attending client meetings, and appearing in court.

Qualifications

Admission to the Colorado Bar.
2+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
Preferred experience in motion practice and courtroom advocacy; contract, tort, and real estate disputes; and written discovery, e-discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
