Litigation Attorney

A liability litigation law firm seeks an experienced associate attorney to join their Columbia, SC litigation team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in litigation.
• Experience with insurance defense work as well.
• Trial experience and a book of business in a different area of law (IP, Healthcare, Government, Corporate Securities, etc...).
• Ability to do some insurance litigation work on an overflow basis.
• Licensed in SC and in good standing.
