This role is well suited for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and the opportunity to take a first‑chair role in cases.ResponsibilitiesDevelop case strategy and lead matters through resolutionTake and defend depositionsDraft and argue motionsRepresent clients in mediations and arbitrationsPrepare for and participate in trial when necessaryCommunicate directly with clients and collaborate with attorneys and paralegalsQualificationsAt least five years of litigation experienceCalifornia Bar admission in good standingNevada Bar admission is a plusExperience taking a lead role in trials or arbitrations preferredStrong writing, advocacy, and case management skillsAbility to manage matters independentlyThis is a hybrid role based out of the firm's Corona office. Attorneys work in the office when needed for client meetings, depositions, hearings, trials, and other court‑related matters, with flexibility to work remotely when schedules allow.Billable ExpectationsThe firm's billable model averages approximately six billable hours per workday.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 depending on experience.Associates are eligible for a monthly performance bonus once their average reaches six billable hours per workday for the month, with additional upside as billable averages increase.Benefits include:401(k) with employer matchingMedical, dental, and vision coverageApplyPlease apply through LinkedIn.
