Job Description:
An explosively growing Orange County law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator with a passion for advocacy and courtroom work. The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience handling cases from inception through verdict. While insurance defense experience is preferred, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of litigation matters from initial intake through trial
Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production
Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop effective case strategies
Maintain regular client communication and case updates
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California Bar in good standing
2+ years of litigation experience required
Proven ability to independently manage cases from start to finish
Strong organizational skills and exceptional written and verbal communication
