Job Details

Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings
Manage client communications and provide practical legal guidance

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Georgia Bar membership, or the ability to become licensed promptly
2 to 8 years of litigation experience preferred
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases
