BDF Law Group is seeking a litigation attorney for its legal team in Addison, Texas.

Job Location: Addison, Texas
Position Type: Hybrid with a minimum of three (3) days in the office per work week.
Experience: Candidates for this position will range from recently licensed law school graduates or up to two (2) years of litigation experience.
Position Description:
This attorney position will focus on managing complex litigation matters related to mortgage banking, financial institutions, real estate, foreclosure law and collection of both secured and unsecured debt. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal strategies, a strong knowledge of and background in litigation in both state and federal courts. The position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a flexible balance between in-office and remote work.
Some travel may be required as the candidate will practice throughout the state of Texas.
The candidate may have the opportunity to gain licenses in other states that are part of the firm’s practice.
This expected annual compensation is between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00 commensurate with experience.
