Associate Attorney - Litigation

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic and collaborative team. The firm takes a distinctive, non-traditional approach to legal practice, focusing on complex matters that intersect public and private sector interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of a multidisciplinary litigation team handling sophisticated matters across a variety of regulatory and industry sectors
• Manage and support litigation matters involving federal and state regulatory and administrative law issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client objectives
• Participate in discovery, hearings, and trial preparation
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients, contributing to case strategy and
