This is an in‑person position at our Fort Myers office, however our practice is throughout Southwest Florida and travel to court events is required.ResponsibilitiesDay‑to‑day handling of litigation cases with excellent customer service skills as we guide clients through the case process.Attend client meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations and negotiate settlements.Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions.Respond to motions and discovery.Prepare cases and present material clearly and logically, both verbally and written.We are seeking someone committed to litigation with an ability to take initiative to plan, organize, coordinate and perform work when numerous and diverse demands are involved.We invest in your professional development and your future.
