Litigation Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a well-established boutique law firm based in Glendale, California. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong litigation foundation who is looking to grow within a collaborative environment handling a broad range of general civil litigation matters.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda, and other legal documents
• Manage litigation matters from inception through trial
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, and participate in settlement negotiations
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on pre-litigation and active litigation matters
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and consultants
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Handle additional assignments and special projects as needed

• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience in California state courts
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively within a team
• Highly motivated with a commitment to achieving excellent results
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills

• Highly competitive base salary - $145,000 - $165,000
