The Opportunity:
We're hiring an Associate Attorney with 0 to 7 years of experience and interest in business, real estate, or family law litigation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with client interactions and court appearances, have a growth mindset, and enjoy practicing law.

Compensation:$140,000 - $181,000 yearly
Responsibilities:What You'll Do:
- Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings
- Collaborate with firm leadership on case development and client service initiatives
Qualifications:- Active California State Bar membership in good standing
- California residency required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
- Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required
