Kriger & Schuber, APC, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of California civil litigation experience to join our community association practice.

The Role

The attorney will manage litigation matters involving:

• CC&R enforcement
• Contract and business disputes
• Breach of fiduciary duty claims
• Assessment enforcement
• Property damage matters
• Fair Housing and ADA issues
• Construction-related litigation

Responsibilities include developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, taking depositions, appearing in court, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Three or more years of civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Excellent judgment, organization, and client-service abilities
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and practical problem-solving
