What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution
  • Draft impactful pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Build strong client relationships and guide them through the legal process
  • Handle commercial policy cases and represent commercial defendants in both pre-litigation and litigation phases
  • Collaborate closely with a driven and supportive legal team
  • Take cases through trial to verdict (preferred but not required)
What They're Looking For:
  • Active Nevada Bar License (additional compensation offered for Arizona or other state bar admissions)
  • 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Experience with commercial policy cases
  • Confident in the courtroom with strong legal writing and strategic thinking
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and hunger to grow
