Job Details

Manage all phases of commercial litigation from pre-filing investigation through trial and appeal
Handle disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, partnership/shareholder disputes, unfair competition, and related commercial matters
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and dispositive motion briefing
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial litigation issues
Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses
Communicate directly with corporate clients regarding case strategy and status
Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams (corporate, IP, employment) on multi-jurisdictional matters
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
