Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires a proactive individual who is able to manage their time effectively while working in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities Manage and litigate lemon law and consumer protection cases in both state and federal courts.Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and motions, in compliance with federal rules of civil procedure.Conduct legal research on issues arising under consumer protection statutes, federal regulations, and jurisdictional requirements.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal teams.Ensure timely and accurate management of case documentation using digital case management systems.Qualifications Required:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the CA bar.Minimum of 3-4 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on lemon law cases preferred.Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.Strong analytical skills for effective legal research and case analysis.Strong attention to detail.Preferred:Knowledge of Lemon lawBilingual (Spanish or other language)Benefits 401(k)Health, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid time offComplimentary office snacks and beveragesAnnual Holiday PartyMonthly LunchesFree office swagPaid parkingPay $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per yearJob Type Full-time & On-site#J-18808-Ljbffr
