Associate Attorney — Litigation | Media, PA

Marcus & Hoffman, P.C., a well-established Media, Delaware County firm with over 25 years of practice in community association law, construction litigation, and real estate, is seeking an associate attorney with 5–15+ years of litigation experience.

What you'll need:

• Working knowledge of civil litigation practice from pleadings through trial including attending hearings, arbitrations, depositions, discovery and motion practice
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with hourly billing
