We are seeking an experienced Massachusetts-licensed Litigation Attorney with a background in residential foreclosure and creditors' rights. The ideal candidate will manage foreclosure litigation from case review through court appearances while providing strategic legal guidance to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle residential foreclosure litigation and related real estate mattersReview title issues and recommend solutions to ensure a marketable titleConduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal documentsRepresent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedingsManage discovery, review documents, and develop litigation strategiesCommunicate with clients regarding case status, legal risks, and recommendationsMaintain case files and collaborate with paralegalsManage a high-volume caseload while meeting billable hour requirementsReview and approve billing entries for assigned mattersQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive Massachusetts Bar license in good standingAdmission in Rhode Island and/or New Hampshire is a plus.3–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in foreclosure, real estate, or creditors' rightsExperience with FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA matters is preferredStrong courtroom, legal writing, and case management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management softwareHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a team environmentCompensation Details110k+; annuallyThe compensation amount is not guaranteed.
