Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000

Overview:
Handles personal injury litigation cases from intake through resolution. This role focuses on case strategy, client advocacy, and settlement negotiation, with exposure to litigation and trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Meet with clients, provide guidance, and build strong relationships
• Evaluate claims, damages, and case strategy
• Communicate with clients and insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers
• Negotiate settlements and case resolutions
• Prepare cases for litigation and trial as needed
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Maintain proactive communication and case updates
• Work independently while collaborating with legal teams

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the Georgia Bar
• 2–5 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Experience in case evaluation, negotiation, and client interaction
• Strong legal drafting skills (pleadings, motions)
• Ability to manage cases independently

Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Trial preparation experience
• Experience on both plaintiff and defense side
