Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join our Bellevue, Washington office. In this role, you will champion complex plaintiff-side cases from inception through resolution, managing a diverse caseload focused on significant personal injury matters.

Core Practice Areas

• Transportation matters involving motor vehicle, trucking, and commercial accidents.

• Liability claims, including premises liability, construction site accidents, and product liability.

• Complex torts encompassing medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.

• Specialized injury cases, specifically Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from initial intake through trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.

• Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and draft complex pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Formulate strategic case plans to maximize recovery and secure favorable outcomes for injured plaintiffs.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing compassionate guidance and updates throughout the legal process.

Qualified Candidates Will Possess

• 5+ years of dedicated personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side experience is strongly preferred).

• Extensive experience handling cases through all phases of litigation, including significant courtroom and deposition experience.

• Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.

• Ability to work on-site in the Bellevue, WA office.
