    Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice)

    Location: Mill Valley, California

    Salary: $110,000 - $250,000/year

    What You'll Do

    • Manage litigation matters from intake through trial
    • Work alongside experienced attorneys on complex Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases
    • Conduct legal research and analyze liability, causation, damages, and standards of care
    • Review medical records involving catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, paralysis, birth injuries, and wrongful death claims
    • Identify and collaborate with medical and technical experts
    • Investigate liability involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, dangerous property conditions, and product liability matters
    • Draft and respond to written discovery
    • Prepare clients for depositions and conduct or defend depositions
    • Research and draft pretrial motions
    • Prepare demand letters and mediation statements
    • Participate in mediations and trials

    What You Bring

    • Demonstrated interest or experience in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice litigation
    • Plaintiff or Defense litigation experience will be considered
    • Strong legal writing, analytical, research, and communication skills
    • Trial experience is preferred but not required
    • Spanish language skills are a plus
    • Exceptional recent law school graduates with outstanding academic credentials are encouraged to apply
