One of New York's top plaintiff personal injury firms is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team.  We are proud of our long history as a highly respected personal injury law firm, known for our commitment to excellence and exceptional client care.  

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of litigation experience handling New York Municipal Claims, a proven record of successfully resolving personal injury cases, and demonstrated leadership or management experience overseeing teams or case departments.  This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in advancing complex cases and mentoring junior attorneys and staff within a  fast-paced, high-volume environment.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters from inception through resolution/verdict. 
  • Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials. 
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. 
  • Strategize and execute case plans to maximize outcomes for clients. 
  • Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel. 
  • Contribute to firm operations, growth, initiatives, and departmental leadership. 
Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York.
  • Minimum 10 years litigation experience. 
  • Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedure. 
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. 
  • Prior management or supervisory experience in a law firm or litigation department is a plus but not required. 
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
Compensation:
$175,000 - $300,000

Onsite (In- Office) Monday - Friday
