Litigation Attorney

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000 base + bonus

A growing Phoenix-based litigation practice is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury and/or medical malpractice and be comfortable handling cases through the litigation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from filing through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff on case strategy

Maintain strong client communication throughout the process

Qualifications:

Active Arizona bar license and admission to federal court

3+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury or med mal preferred)

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

Experience with depositions and court appearances

Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
