Litigation Attorney

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team.*Key Responsibilities:** Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.* Draft motions, discovery requests/responses, pleadings, and legal memoranda.* Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials in state and/or federal court.* Work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and colleagues to develop case strategies.* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and keep them informed on case status.* Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.*Qualifications:** Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.* Active bar membership in Texas.* Minimum of 1-3 years of Texas litigation experience in civil and commercial matters* Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.* Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.*Preferred Skills:** Experience in depositions and courtroom proceedings.* Familiarity with litigation management software and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio).*Benefits:** Competitive salary commensurate with experience* Health, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off and holidays* Continuing legal education (CLE) support* Opportunities for advancementJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* Plano, TX 75074 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Plano, TX 75074: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
