Our client, a well-established and growing personal injury law firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team in Plantation. Position Overview
The Litigation Attorney will manage a full caseload of personal injury matters and handle all aspects of litigation in both state and federal court. This role offers exposure to complex cases and the opportunity to take ownership of files from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients and initiate lawsuits
  • Handle written discovery (drafting and responding)
  • Take and defend fact witness depositions
  • Retain and work closely with expert witnesses
  • Attend hearings, court appearances, and motions
  • Prepare for and attend mediations and negotiations
  • Manage cases through trial and represent clients in court
  • Draft and file post-trial motions
  • Participate in internal litigation strategy meetings

Qualifications
  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing
  • 1–5 years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Experience handling cases from filing through resolution
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable in the courtroom with an interest in trial work
