Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and practical Litigation Attorney to manage a diverse civil caseload from start to finish. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice law without the pressure of billable hour requirements, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, results-driven outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities
Manage civil matters independently, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
Handle a range of cases, including contract disputes, lien enforcement, collections, and small claims
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Draft and review contracts and related legal documents
Develop case strategies aligned with client goals and business realities
Communicate clearly and consistently with clients regarding case status and expectations
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in Utah
5+ years of litigation experience (civil litigation preferred)
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
