Job Details

Work remote or if you prefer onsite/hybrid we have offices in NYC, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and White Plains.

• Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.

Looking for:

• New York Bar admission in good standing
• Recent civil litigation experience with insurance defense focus
• Working knowledge of New York civil practice and New York Labor Law (200, 240, and 241)

Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:

• New York Labor Law (Sections 200, 240, 241)
• Personal injury defense
• General liability, Premises liability
• Automobile liability
• Construction-related claims
