You'll work side-by-side with our litigation team to tackle complex fact, legal, and logistical issues — managing cases from the claim process through trial. • Manage plaintiff personal injury caseloads from the claim process through litigation and trial
• Interact and negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel
• Communicate and maintain positive client relationships throughout the life of each case
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials

• Active Missouri Bar license — required
• At least one year of personal injury litigation experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered
• Eligibility to obtain Illinois Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Committed to providing responsive and compassionate client service
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
