    Litigation Associate — Personal InjuryDM Injury Law · St. Louis, MO · Full-time[Missouri Bar required][No billable hours][$130K–$170K total comp][Uncapped origination bonus]$130,000 – $170,000 Total CompensationBase salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you — there is no cap.ORIGINATION BONUS — UNCAPPED, PAID ON EVERY CASE YOU BRING INRefer a case to the firm and earn one-third of the firm's fee at resolution — on top of your regular compensation. Most firms reserve this for partners. We offer it to every attorney from day one.

    DM Injury Law is one of the fastest-growing personal injury firms in the Midwest — 70+ attorneys, 200 support staff, and offices across 10 markets including Kansas City, St. Louis, Denver, Omaha, and Oklahoma City. We've secured multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for clients across every market we serve.This role sits inside our St. Louis office. You'll work side-by-side with our litigation team to tackle complex fact, legal, and logistical issues — managing cases from the claim process through trial.     WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Manage plaintiff personal injury caseloads from the claim process through litigation and trial
    • Interact and negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel
    • Communicate and maintain positive client relationships throughout the life of each case
    • Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
    • Conduct and defend depositions
    • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
    • Active Missouri Bar license — required
    • At least one year of personal injury litigation experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered
    • Eligibility to obtain Illinois Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
    • Committed to providing responsive and compassionate client service
    • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
