Job Details

Manage and support complex litigation matters from inception through trial
Draft, review, and edit pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
Conduct legal research and prepare strategic legal analyses
Participate in all phases of discovery, including document review and production management
Prepare for and conduct witness interviews
Assist with deposition preparation and participate in depositions
Coordinate discovery strategy and case management across multiple jurisdictions
Prepare trial materials, exhibits, witness outlines, and courtroom presentations
Support arbitration proceedings and trial teams
Collaborate with clients, experts, and litigation teams on case strategy
Contribute to litigation risk assessment and case development efforts

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
4+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government agency, or comparable legal setting
Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters
Strong motion practice experience
Experience managing discovery and document-intensive cases
Experience drafting pleadings, briefs, memoranda, and other legal work product
Experience conducting witness interviews
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
