Candidates must be comfortable navigating sensitive, high-stakes issues and working with affluent clients with significant personal, financial, and business interests at play. This position is well‑suited for someone who enjoys complex problem‑solving, strategic advocacy, and delivering exceptional service to high‑net‑worth clients.ResponsibilitiesRepresent and work directly with high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts and estates, and business entities in trust and estate litigation and contested probate matters.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery with clarity, precision, and strategic insight.Conduct legal research and analyze complex fact patterns to develop tailored litigation strategies for each client.Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to support clients with multifaceted legal and financial structures.Maintain strong, professional client communication throughout the litigation process.Qualifications & Requirements4+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney working directly with high-net-worth individual clients with assets exceeding $3M, with strong experience and exposure to trust and estate litigation and contested probate matters.Must have strong experience working directly with high‑net‑worth individuals, families, estates, trusts, and closely held businesses.Excellent academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to high‑quality legal work.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and research abilities with sound judgment and attention to detail.Team‑oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.Must have an Active Membership in the Washington State Bar.#J-18808-Ljbffr
