Our staffing firm is partnering with a growing multi‑state law firm to hire a Litigation Attorney licensed in Massachusetts. This role focuses on residential foreclosure and creditors' rights litigation, offering the opportunity to manage cases from initial review through resolution while working alongside an experienced and collaborative legal team.ResponsibilitiesHandle foreclosure-related litigation from inception through resolutionAttend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and other appearances (as required)Review and analyze pre- and post-judgment title issues to ensure marketable title or identify resolution strategiesDraft pleadings, motions, affidavits, legal memoranda, and correspondenceConduct legal research and develop case strategiesManage discovery, including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing documentsCommunicate with clients regarding litigation strategy, case developments, and risk assessmentTrack litigation deadlines and manage case progression efficientlyMaintain case status reports and collaborate regularly with paralegalsAssist with title curative and post-judgment mattersEnsure compliance with statutory requirements, including FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA considerationsReview and approve pre-bills and meet monthly billable hour requirementsManage a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detailQualificationsRequiredJ.D. from an accredited law school3–5+ years of civil litigation experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage high-volume caseloads efficientlyStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience drafting motions, pleadings, and handling discoveryPreferredAdmission to Rhode Island and/or New Hampshire BarExperience in foreclosure, real estate litigation, or creditor's rightsFamiliarity with FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA claimsCourtroom experience, including hearings, depositions, or trial workExperience reviewing and resolving title issuesThis team offers a fast‑paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality legal work and client service.You can expect:Hybrid work flexibilitySupportive and team‑oriented cultureExposure to complex foreclosure and litigation mattersOpportunity for professional growth and developmentMeaningful courtroom and litigation experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
