We're looking for a dynamic litigator ready to take charge of bodily injury cases from pre-suit through trial and resolution.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.Proven trial experience with a strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.Skilled in depositions, hearings, trial prep, and presenting PowerPoint presentations during mediations.Must be aggressive, detail-oriented, dedicated, and driven, with a relentless pursuit of success.Strong courtroom presence and a competitive, decisive, and ambitious mindset.Juris Doctorate and active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay/Draw: $125,000 base per year.Commission: Performance-based, after obtaining key performance indicator, uncapped — potential to earn $400K+ annually. (Full commission structure discussed during interview.
