Our client, a growing mid-size law firm, is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney to join its expanding litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for a confident litigator who thrives on hands-on case work across every phase of litigation and performs well under pressure.

What You'll Work On:

• Manage all phases of litigation, from law and motion through trial and appeals
• Draft motions of all types with precision and sound legal reasoning
• Conduct discovery using the full range of discovery techniques
• Take and defend depositions
• Deliver strong oral and written advocacy
• Perform thorough, accurate legal analysis
• Juggle multiple matters against high-pressure deadlines

What We're Looking For:

• Active admission to practice law in California
• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience
• Hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, including law and motion, depositions, trial, and appeals
• Full proficiency with all forms of discovery
• Demonstrated ability to draft a wide range of motions
• Clear, concise legal writing and excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, hardworking, and confident managing competing deadlines
