HumanHire is partnered with a respected Michigan-based litigation Law Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in Troy. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience while working alongside seasoned trial attorneys on a diverse range of civil defense matters. We Offer:
Pay: $135K - $200K Base Salary + Bonus

Location: Troy, MI
Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.
Conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and assist with trial preparation.
Perform legal research, evaluate cases, and develop litigation strategies.
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process.
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide effective representation.
Qualifications:
2+ years of litigation experience.
Defense litigation experience preferred; plaintiff-side litigation experience will also be considered.
Active Michigan Bar admission or eligibility for admission.
Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
