We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to take part in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, where creativity and strategic thinking are highly valued. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload, defending the interests of our clients, and contributing to our ongoing success by providing top-tier legal services. This role is ideal for a litigator who is looking to take their career to the next level by working on complex, high-profile cases in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring all cases are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement innovative litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Represent clients in court, presenting compelling arguments, and advocating on their behalf.
  • Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support case strategies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to the benefit of our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring they are informed and involved in decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney - civil defense litigation strongly preferred.
  • Admission to the CA state bar.
  • Exceptional litigation skills, with experience managing a diverse caseload.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
