We are a regional civil litigation firm with 50+ attorneys and offices across Southern California, Northern California, Central California, Nevada, and Florida. For over 30 years we have served as approved panel counsel for domestic carriers and London market insurers, defending third-party claims from pre-suit through jury trial and appeal.

Job Details
  • Handle high-exposure insurance defense matters across premises liability, products liability, construction defect, trucking, professional liability, cyber, environmental, and public entity defense
  • Independently manage your own caseload from pre-suit through trial and appeal
  • Drive all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, dispositive motions, and written case evaluations
  • Work directly with approved panel carrier clients, self-insured entities, and London market insurers
  • Comply with carrier-specific billing guidelines, reporting requirements, and e-billing systems

Looking For:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in California
  • Minimum 3+ years of insurance defense experience
  • Experience in one or more: premises liability, products liability, construction defect, construction site accidents, professional liability, trucking, public entity defense, cyber liability, or environmental
