Litigation Attorney (Warranty)

Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid to senior level Trial Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in California. The Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar, and local to one of our three California offices. Each office is on a hybrid schedule with three days in office and two at home. Warranty litigation experience is not required; however, all candidates must have the following experience/skills:

• Extensive trial/arbitration experience, including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examination, motion practice, deposition, and mediation
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $170,000 – $200,000 annually (DOE).
