Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionRepresent clients in medical malpractice and civil litigation matters.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.Interview witnesses and work with expert witnesses to build strong case strategies.Collaborate closely with partners, attorneys, and support staff throughout each case.Advise clients regarding legal rights, litigation strategy, and case developments.Assist with managing litigation matters from initial filing through resolution.Maintain organized case files while ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active Kansas Bar license in good standing.1+ years of medical malpractice or civil litigation experience.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously.Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Why You Will Love Working HereOur team values collaboration, mentorship, and professional development.
