Key Responsibilities for the Litigation Collections Lead:


• Lead daily workflow, coaching, and performance of the Litigation Collections team
• Manage complex payoff requests, receivables, and settlement processes
• Review financial documentation for accuracy, balances, and compliance
• Handle escalations and provide updates to attorneys and internal stakeholders
• Support training, productivity tracking, and process improvements as a Litigation Collections Lead

Qualifications for the Litigation Collections Lead:


• Experience in collections, AR/AP, payoffs, or financial operations
• Background in mortgage, legal, or personal injury collections preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, and collaboration tools
• Prior experience supporting or leading teams in a remote environment
