Litigation Compliance Counsel (Remote - U.S.)
Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: $160K-$180K + bonus + benefits
Requirement: Active bar license in state of residence
The Role
A fast-growing national litigation platform is seeking a Litigation Compliance Counsel to support firmwide ethics, risk management, and case oversight.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working closely with leadership to ensure compliance across all phases of litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on litigation ethics and compliance issues
Evaluate conflicts of interest and draft waivers
Develop and refine policies, SOPs, and client-facing documents
Audit cases to ensure compliance and quality control
Identify risks and improve processes at scale
What They're Looking For
3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience
2+ years in ethics/compliance (litigation-focused)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
Comfortable balancing legal risk and business needs
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
