Litigation Compliance Counsel (Remote - U.S.)

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $160K-$180K + bonus + benefits

Requirement: Active bar license in state of residence

The Role

A fast-growing national litigation platform is seeking a Litigation Compliance Counsel to support firmwide ethics, risk management, and case oversight.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working closely with leadership to ensure compliance across all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on litigation ethics and compliance issues

  • Evaluate conflicts of interest and draft waivers

  • Develop and refine policies, SOPs, and client-facing documents

  • Audit cases to ensure compliance and quality control

  • Identify risks and improve processes at scale

  • 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience

  • 2+ years in ethics/compliance (litigation-focused)
