Description

This position oversees the end-to-end closeout of resolved litigation matters, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy, and timely completion. The role involves coordinating post-resolution obligations, managing settlement and mediation logistics, handling financial closeout processes, and maintaining complete case documentation. The individual serves as a key point of contact for attorneys and opposing counsel, proactively communicates deadlines and risks, and ensures matters are properly archived prior to formal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation closeout workflows from resolution through final closure
  • Prepare and finalize legally compliant correspondence and documentation
  • Track court-ordered and compliance deadlines with strict controls
  • Coordinate mediation and settlement conference logistics and filings
  • Handle financial closeout processing related to case resolution
  • Maintain accurate case files and compliance logs
  • Communicate status, risks, and deadlines to supervising attorneys
  • Supervise and delegate work to litigation support staff, ensuring quality and timeliness

Supervisory & Experience Requirements

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Supervise 2-4 team members
  • Hands-on project management while overseeing delegated tasks
