Litigation Coordinator

ROLE IMPACT

The Litigation Coordinator ensures high-volume legal documents are processed accurately and routed to the correct vendors without error or delay. This role exists to protect workflow integrity, reduce rework, and maintain compliance standards. Success is defined by precision, proactive follow-through, and the ability to analyze information before taking action—not simply executing tasks.

In addition to daily processing responsibilities, this position requires an individual who can demonstrate leadership qualities by helping support team development, reinforcing best practices, and assisting with the implementation and adoption of new processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will lead by example, promote operational excellence, and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.


Key Responsibilities


  • Process and review litigation-related documents with a high degree of accuracy
  • Route files and documentation to appropriate vendors and internal partners
  • Run and analyze reports to ensure completeness and correct data handling
  • Identify discrepancies, resolve errors, and prevent recurring issues
  • Maintain organized records and track progress to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with developing, documenting, and improving operational processes and procedures
  • Support the training and onboarding of new team members by sharing knowledge and reinforcing best practices
  • Serve as a resource for process-related questions and help ensure adherence to established workflows
  • Promote accountability and consistency by modeling strong work habits and attention to detail
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance


Minimum Qualifications


  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis
  • Experience in analyst or data-heavy administrative roles with decision-making exposure
  • Demonstrated track record of high attention to detail and follow-through in high-volume environments
  • Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or providing guidance to peers is highly preferred
  • Ability to learn, adapt to, and help implement new processes and procedural changes
