Responsibilities include developing cost-effective litigation strategies, managing outside counsel, implementing case management systems, and partnering with business leaders to balance legal outcomes with operational impact. The role also involves responding to regulatory inquiries and building relationships within the legal community.
Qualifications include a U.S. legal license, 5-7 years in IP litigation, a strong interest in technology, and flexibility regarding location and travel. Experience in telecommunications is a plus.
