    Job Description

     Position Title: Litigation & Enforcement Associate
    Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000

    About the Opportunity

    Handles complex commercial litigation, class actions, shareholder suits, deal-related disputes, and breach of contract matters. Responsibilities include managing litigation, drafting pleadings, overseeing discovery, participating in mediation/arbitration, and mentoring junior associates.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 4–7 years litigation experience at a large law firm
    • J.D. degree, strong writing, analytical, problem-solving skills
    • Admission to practice in Illinois or Massachusetts (depending on office)
