What You'll Do:

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Prepare and file documents in California state and federal courts.
• Handle federal e-filing through PACER/CM/ECF.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and client communications.
• Assist with document management, billing coordination, and administrative support.
• Utilize iManage and other legal technology platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting litigation attorneys in a law firm setting.
• Strong California state and federal e-filing experience.
• Technical proficiency with document management and legal software (iManage preferred).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
