Draft, review, proofread, and distribute documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and completeness of all supporting materials.
Manage electronic document submissions, retrievals, and record maintenance within designated systems.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, including document management, filing, and scanning.
Process administrative and financial transactions, including expenses, reimbursements, invoices, billing records, and time tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Support project preparation and execution activities, including tracking timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
Manage multiple calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments while coordinating deadlines and priorities.
Perform transcription and document conversion tasks as needed.
Assist with information gathering, document preparation, and coordination of meetings, interviews, or other scheduled events.
Support onboarding and administrative setup processes, including conducting reviews, preparing required documentation, and maintaining records.
Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics.
Track professional development requirements, certifications, training records, and compliance reporting.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding project updates, deadlines, and ongoing initiatives.
